Iliad is a Total Warfare/Classic BattleTech format in which players build a Force List of 10,500bv from which they deploy 7,000bv of units to complete various scenarios.
An Iliad League is a chance to compete in Classic Battletech without dedicating an entire day to the competition. Instead, players play up to five ranked matches over a season of two months. Players build a larger force from which they use smaller deployments for scenarios.

Summary
The Iliad League is a two-month Battletech league in which players sign up to compete against each-other for a share of a prize pool determined by the number of participants. Each season of two months players are expected to complete a number of “ranked” matches against other players in the league which will determine their placement and prizes.
